the best would be the BPL team so cheap and fast here are all the fast players.

Loads of players under 3k who are fast - Sturrdige, Bent, Hernandez, Agbonlahor

Torres and Tevez are decent in pace and quality both worht 40k

torres is beast and also if you are very stuck, danny welbeck is very underrated and is unbelivable strong and a good finisher, if only he was rare

Easily over 90, they are all in the BPL, same clubs or nationalities as well, a manger would help too
