Have you tried restarting your router/simply unplugging it for 30seconds? Have you also tried doing a connection test on the xbox dashboard?

Both might be able to fix the issue.

fixed it i just put 3 players in my reserves and it worked and na doc got a decent team now haha

ii u can swap someone whos on ps3 to xbox lol
