What Formation is best to use and maybe you can give me some help by building a squad

Russian isnt really the best league maybe try a Serie-A team theyre pretty cheap and get some decent players only downfall of Serie-A is that there is only one decent RM and that is krasic and IMO he is pants haha

do a serie a team but you would need about 90k im selling my team the now but mines is worth a bit more got a few better players of the serie a but

I could also suggest Seria A as that is a cheap and great league for a small budget.

Welliton, Danny, Love, Doumbia and of course Eto'o are all decent Russian players. it would be nice to face a different team for once. All i ever see is BPL & Serie A. Gets a bit dull
