How could people do this, i haven't done any of they free coins things that you give away your sign in details because I'm not stupid and i haven't really needed to.

Contact EA and inform them of what has happened, they will then investigate if I'm not mistaken.

You must have given out details or even went onto the fake websites bcoz if unto on the websites they have ur IP and then can hack u from there am sure :S Or else it might be some1 u know or close too in real life? :S

They can't do anything about some1 getting hacked lol it's the same with all games u get hacked u must have done something they might same oh we'll look into it but they'll prob be thinking about more important stuff than people getting hacked =p

And about 2 years ago my PSN account was hacked and whoever done it spent money off my credit card. Sony managed to get it back for me and refund the money because I hadn't given any information away.

Even if i use my account at a friends house before i leave I make sure the full account is deleted off the system

admitted you gave your details away at some point, or downloaded a program that had a virus.

And also, the crap thing about EA is they give details over the phone just by the dickhead ringing EA giving your email address and birthdate... Like cmon.. you serious EA? Get your shitt sortedd!

Contact EA. There really isn't anything else you can do.

It's possible the guy had your e-mail and reset your password with anything he knew about you. I believe you in that you didn't give away your details, and unlucky mate, I seen your thread with your two IF's, contact EA, that'd be your best option, but if I'm honest, they won't really help much.

EA Customer Help is shit, it's good for some when we get free codes etc, but for real problems, they are fags.

The only way i can think of them gaining access to my account is if they were close to me and knew the email address i used for EA

Ea are useless!, i doubt you had them players and you never went on fut for a week & its not possible for accounts to get hacked,
