I want to make this competition to see which person can make me the best team under these conditions/rules.

Following conditions:
600-700K budget
Moderate to fast paced players
Solid and strong defence
Any League
I would love some informs on the team
If you can build a hybrid team, i want a 100 chemistry hybrid team (including manager ofcourse).
No sloppy slow players, they get beaten the shit out of them (Defence doesn't comply to this, you can put slow defence since they are meant to defend, not run all the time).
