With 300k I would say you should go find another league, firstly because BPL players are somewhat expensive, and secondly because they go down in price so much.
Got Steven Gerrard for 55k Yesturday, last week he was worth 100k+.

LB: Clichy/Taiwo
RB:Walker (Tottenham)
CM's (Pick 3) Gerrard, Milner, David Silva, Essien, Modric, Lampard or Scott Parker.
LW: Upgraded Nani (Get him for around 45-50k)
RW: Ben arfa
ST: Abondlahor (cant spell his name) Bent, IF Walcott (Depending on your budget around 110-120k, but 97 Pace!) Aguero ( the 86 - not the 8 Tevez or Cisse for QPR.
