Bad formation, Pepe & Marin on 7chem & RW bad workrates for a RW, imo.

first : the chemistry is already 100
2nd : pepe is great defender and has good chemistry with khedira
3rd the RW is 91 @pace so he is great for counter attacks
4th : marin have good chemistry with khedia & ribery
and thank you for your opinion

Team chem is how they play together // different then player chem. All players need 9chem, otherwise they'll play worse. Go to status and you'll see that some of your players are on 7chem. Links are there to get them on 9chem. Pepe needs 3 links to get on 9chem, he only get one strong link which is worth 2 links // 7chem, needs another link to get on 9chem. Same with Marin, needs 3 links, only gets 2.5 (league link is 1, nation link is 1.5, club link is 2).

RW has medium/medium workrates, he won't make good runs on counterattacks. I'd prefer a RW with 80plus pace & high/low workrates over someone with 99pace and medium/medium workrates.

I've played Ultimate Team since the beginning, I know what i'm talking about bru.
