Apperantly there are some people who are able to duplicate players. They will do it for free, you can look at EA's twitter-feed and you'll find people who offer this service

I'm 99% sure its someone extremely clever person who managed to get a Dev Kit online. This isn't new, their are very few people to my knowledge that have online modified consoles but having a Online Dev Kit would make perfect sense for modding Fifa.

Just Real Time edit the card stats while in a Ultimate Team friendly game against yourself on a retail console. Then trade anything modded across.

Other than that I dont see any way they do this.
