Yeah, but you'll need to pre-order FIFA 13 in order to get it, thus using multiple accounts wont work. 25 packs over 25 weeks.

Yes you would get the 2 free packs from the accounts, as long as you made the accounts more then 3 months ago something like that

they have not announced anything there will probably be the 2 free packs but i assume they are planning on doing something to stop people with multiple account because some people had 100s of accounts last year which means they have an unfair advantage

I think they will find a way because Ea know they can make more money if they stopped multiple accounts

people spend thousands on packs, if they can just make multiple accounts they wont bother

My thought is that they might make it that you have played a minimum amount of games or something so that they can eliminate some multiple accounts, thats why I have some accounts which I have played games on
