What you need to do is be at the main menu on fifa 13 (Not on ultimate team)

Then press square and click on catalogue.
Then hold R1 go down to "Ultimate Team" then let go of R1.
Then you should see something like FUT Coin Reward Boost: 200 x 5/10/15 etc..
Buy it with your Fifa Coin things (they aren't related to ultimate team don't worry)

And that's it.. 200 coins per match extra!

(This can be repeated once per 10 levels.
For example; 1 - 11 get it for 5 matches, then when you're level 16, buy the next one up for 10 matches..)
