Swap Hernanes and Vidal for starters, because of this Santana will get 9 chem.
Here's how I would do the defence and midfield, this will get you 99 chem in total.

Robinho-Hernanes-Vidal-Palacio
Dede-Barzagli-Ogbonna

With this combo you have two fast defenders surrounding a slower but very strong and skilled defenders. Barzagli is a complete defender and will intercept every player. If you can afford you can buy Chíellini. Any other italian defender from Serie A will work as well, or any defender from Lazio, Juventus or Turino.
