Edit: Teams have to be "fair". By Fair I mean, Gold v Gold (obviously if you have the odd silver, that shouldn't hurt) and players have to be off equal value IF you are playing for players. If the person doesn't hold to their end of the bargain, you report them, and they're "ones to avoid"

Think you'll find both similar in price (62-70k). As my OP states, you match players of value with one an other.

I sold my Bale between 75-80k when I had him and I've seen Di Natale go for max 50k consistently
