Edit: Teams have to be "fair". By Fair I mean, Gold v Gold (obviously if you have the odd silver, that shouldn't hurt) and players have to be off equal value IF you are playing for players. If the person doesn't hold to their end of the bargain, you report them, and they're "ones to avoid"

Like a wager match?.Ye I'm down for that I'd start at like a 10K wager match for the start to see how it goes then increase the stakes

Yeah like that; can wage a player or coins. Example: I have Di Natale. You have Bale. I say, If I win I keep Di Natale, and attain you Bale. If You win, you take the pair. Its cool.

LOL it's a massive risk. Using that Di Natale/Bale example above, whoever wins and gets Bale gets the better end of the deal since since he's worth about 20k more
