Prices will start decreasing massively when "TOTS" gets announced, and when they get release it will be a complete madness.
You can get an idea on how much the prices got decrease on "TOTY", keep in mind that there were only 11 players, and for "TOTS" are a bunch of players from many leagues. and coming to your question, its unpredictable how much it will cost, since some players drop more their prices than others.
