But let me tell this, you just will add "FUNDS" to your paypal account, you won't verify it with it... is is the same as if i send you $5 right now to your paypal account, you will receive the money (even though your account is not verified) but it doesnt mean that because you received the money, u will get verified or that you will be able to spend/send money.

So my best guess, is that no, you cant verify it with MoneyPak card, so yeah, you can just add funds with it

No this simply adds funds as T-Icey said.

To lift your sending limit you must add a credit/debit card or bank.

You can bypass the sending limit by using a CA premier account (Tutorial You must login or register to view this content.)

However, if you choose to use a prepaid debit/cc you cannot use a .01 balance as they charge you $1.95 to your card.
