you can do this with ps3 video editor, just go to ps3youtube download the video you want in 720 or 1080p and use ps3 video editor to change description and what not, then upload it to your channel from your ps3

The quality of the video will be the same as the standard or regular video. It will be fixed to do hd videos soon. Basically give the 10 videos, the youtube login info and it will all transfer over. The videos can also have water mark added if needed.

Like I've stressed many times. Unless you have a very, very good ISP. It's going to take you atleast 6 hours to download 10 videos and upload them back to youtube. With me, i'll beable to do 10 in less than 20minutes.
