This is effective immediately and will be strictly enforced.
Hopefully we can crack down on some scams.
EDIT BY CARLING: If it is an account such as XBL or PSN, then do the same as above, and then hold the card next to the TV and take a picture of a screen showing the GT or PSN and proof that YOU ARE ACTUALLY LOGGED INTO IT such as the edit bio screen.

Ok good to know, one more question:
What about the people on the trustworthy list, if they are selling somthing, do they have to have a photo?
Not a problem if they do, just a question, thought it worth asking

That wouldnt really worked because that would be extremely easy to photoshop. Maybe with PS3 or XBL accounts put your NGU name in your comment or bio and take a screenshot?
