EDIT BY CARLING: If it is an account such as XBL or PSN, then do the same as above, and then hold the card next to the TV and take a picture of a screen showing the GT or PSN and proof that YOU ARE ACTUALLY LOGGED INTO IT such as the edit bio screen.

great idea, this rule is active on most auction forum sections i know anyways so i guess it works

What about for selling accounts such as for xbox 360? Wouldn't you just take a picture of the leaderboards etc as proof? Or how would you put a timestamp on it?

Do we repot Auction's and so on to mod's if they don't have image proof?, silly question, but as this is a new rule, just thought I would ask.

What if the Item is Digital how am I suppose to prove it's real...

Good idea, this is what made me believe BSCLICER25 was bullshiting everyone.
The paper beside it had someone else's name on it and when I told him he should take a pic with his name he just ignored me. Hopefully this will catch all the scammers

And for the digital stuff, really there is not much you can screenshot, unless you do so with notepad open with your named typed in it or something.
