When its formatted in fat32 you can connect it to your Xbox360 and PlayStation 3 and play whatever music or movies you have stored on the drive.

i have a ton of them. And they are legit seagate drives.. no knock off's.

ive actually filled almost 3 of these with random media.. for storage purposes.. more than 100 gb's and everything was fine.

yes you can use it on the pc and ps3. I would do it for you because you cannot format any drive over 32gb to fat32 without a separate utility
