To give you guys the full story... I bought the site around a month ago for £500, but unfortunately (as i just got a partnership on my youtube channel) I'm way to busy to maintain a site at this point in time. It's got so much potential but you've got to post news articles, create ladders etc so it takes time. Because of this, as I'd like to sell - I'll take a loss.

When I bought it, it was making $70 a month from Adsense. Haven't set up since, but it'd prob make the same.

Seems like a good deal.. but you should get at least 3/10 of the profit. He doesn't have to sell it so he doesn't take a loss and he still receives income from it. But you'll be maintaining it and therefore should be compensated accordingly.

That's hard to say, although as I said I bought it for £500 ($750) and I'll take a hundred quid loss or so.
