It has absoluly nothing to do with the face value of the cards
Look at it like this.
we can buy when thy come up.
Accounts with $150 IN WALLET for $25 - $30. So do your math there. That is just how it is. I'm sorry if you though you would actually get 30 for 30 or even half of the face value it just isn't worth it.
We can google can buy cards on discount for prices your offering and sometimes cheaper.
