i notice your having trouble answering my question of "who owns the account"
i will rephrase my question:
who will appear on the WHOIS info for the domain?

From what i currently am understanding from his previous posts mate.. that his WHOIS info will appear, and that he's the only one who has access to the domain's so if you want to do something you will have to have it do it for you.

this is as i thought, but i wanted clarification from him.

my problem is that if i make an awsome website or have a name that could potentially be worth loads (not that i will but....) then i have no claim to owning it.

It doesnt make sense, but the problem is that it seems u dont know anything about hosting

What he meant is that if he have access to the cpanel? like can i make my own website without having to ask you do it for me? can i transfer/make databases without asking you to do it? can i make sub-domains, delete, re-upload files, etc?
Finally, do you give us link (for cpanel) user and password so we can do whatever we want with it?

You can make domains. There is FTP access. No sub domains tho. I didn't see any. I will reply back if I do find.
