yeah true but not much ppl can do it or have it?
also not all have knowledge to do it.

lots of ppl did, its not hard to find, its now patched but i wouldnt say its gone forever look at the jailbreak basically this means this isnt rare and worth more than a brand new ps3 heck i can vpn file share someone the modded patch.
