Ok so yeah, we know how to get it but he's providing the service for people that dont know how to.

He's charging people to do something that could be easily done by giving someone the link to download utorrent and a torrent link. It's like charging someone to enter a toilet when the other one is free. He's more than welcome to charge but we might as well tell people who don't know that they can do it faster and for free.
