I did restore it, but it can easily be jailbroken again. If you want I can Jailbreak it for you. This iPod looks the same as when I took it out of the box because it's had a screen protector and case since I unpacked it.

(I know in cases the back of the iPod on alot of different peoples iPods are really scratched/damaged this isn't the case with mine)
