well you can just open another dispute on paypal to get your money back.and you can open a dispute here on this site. just in case he does scam you for the money the mods/admins will ban him so he cant do it to anybdy else.

but you really need to talk to him b4 you open up a dispute. and he dont respond then you can open a dispute.

i did not scam him i have more cuz i buy them cheap from somewhere and resell but i am all locked up i lost $300 and peoples cards are gone
