Yeah, but can you put that 20$ on a diffrent account? No.
You only have a limited amount of stuff you can buy without adding another card, and if I wanted to buy a card (which I do, Im looking for any Canadian Cards, quote me or PM me with offers) Id just add that card to my own account, not this account

Exactly. Most of the time people don't even pay $20 for PSN cards with that much on them, mainly because the money is limited to PSN store items which the only thing worth buying would be First Strike when it comes out.
