You have to cautious when doing this because if you spam someone who does not have free text and you charge them up a storm by spamming them text messages you will eventually have to pay it out of your own pocket.


The only way if they don't have free text is if they open the message. It doesn't go by someone sending them something.

That Area code is in New Mexico .. i know this cuz i am in 575 .. Las Cruces NM lol
