There's a thread in the main section of GT5, somebody had that same problem.. I thought he had to delete is savegame, but not sure mate..

Otherwise, the update is in the upperfolder of the game menu from your XMB (don't know how it's in English, but translate mine will be some like Helpprogram for gamedata)..
