well no i haven't signed up for psn on it and i had noclip for it.

what do you want me to do like now go on the PS3 delete the patch and reinstall and see if its banned?

well im not connected to PSN and black ops isnt banned on it. but to be safe im going to test, also if you buy i will delete all my Homebrew apps, unless you want PS3Key with the ps3, cost for that will be £130
