Sorry you are wrong. Credit cards have no limit. Until usually a very high negative balance. Debit cards get denied if your trying to buy something with no enough money in the bank.

Credit cards have limits, although their are some that are "unlimited" (They still have exposure limits, which are generally very large)
Debit cards pull from your bank account, which ALSO have limits. Some limit you on purchase amount per day, transaction, etc...
SECONDLY.
Buying something within the US using someone else's credit card and having it shipped to your house is not only highly illegal but the likelihood of you being caught is very high. Do you not think about records? Shipping, etc... I mean come on you cannot be that naive to think that it will NOT catch up with you.
