I will be doing this very cheap. I will do this very fast, and will only take me about 10-15 Minutes to do so.

No. As ive said earlier, UNLIMITING it, is impossible if you werent the original creator of the account. When unlimiting it, they ask for your address, phone number, social security, etc. Thats why if you EVER buy a paypal account on here, ask if its unverified or limited. BIG DIFFERENCE.
