2- confirm phone number
3- confirm ssn

Well I know how to do it but I can't since my step fathers bank account is already linked my paypal account. Besides what it's asking for you have to find someone who has a bank account that it not linked to a different paypal account, it'll take 2-4 days for paypal to confirm it & unlimit your account. Try asking your parents for their bank account info, then go to Add or Edit Bank Account, then fill in the info. Now if you can't do that I can try putting in my step fathers bank account since what I said before it specifically says Add or Edit bank account. I can give it a try if you PM me the paypal account, I'll PM you whether it worked or not :y:
