man if you just put a cc in it, (add a new bank) well work, and it dident ask for an id when i made the account.

I could try. The only problem is, if something goes wrong, I don't want the repercussions of it.

That is my only hesitation. I don't want to be thought of in the wrong way.

Plus, I wouldn't want anyone having access to it besides myself when I enter a CC or my bank account. That would be another issue.

A limited payapl you can do nothing with... this is limited because of fruad and it cant be lifted unless you know the person who is "frauded" address and ETC.
