(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am paying $5 to the person that verifies my PayPal. It is in Portuguese or Italian (Translate to English) I would also like the limits lifted.

Just go to netspend.com and u get a bank account and find on there PayPal Transactions or something and do it like that. I did it like that

We dont know if he means to Verify it or Unlimit it. Thats why we have to wait until he responds.
