Problem? Didn't Think So.
Hey,
I am selling my Sony PS3. It is 40GB and is on the CFW 3.55 it is currently on Geohotz CFW
There is only one thing wrong with it. That is that the bluray disk drive doesn't work (doesn't read games, but some reason reads DVD's) However you don't need the bluray diskdrive to work if you only want to use it to transfer patches to your other PS3.
I will completely wipe it for you so it is like a new PS3. It will only come with the power cable and the yellow, red, white cable.
I have a minimum price that I will sell it at. If the bid does not meet the minimum price I will not sell it. I will definitely accept a HD PVR. I am not paying for shipping (if you wish to purchase from outside of England) nor will I pay Postage and Packaging!

Just to let you know you shouldnt ask for much as you wont be able to fix the DVD drive.

Ermmm no you can't as if it reads DVDs but not games that means someone tried to replace the drive but didn't do it right. Without the logic board from the drive you can put a diffrent one it but I wont read games.

I have not tampered with the PS3 at all! As soon as that happened I put it in the box and bought a new one. So your theory is wrong. The bluray drive is broke. You can replace the bluray drive easily.

Well there is no other way it would read DVDs but not games.
Why don't you take a pic of the warranty sticker on it with your ngu account in the pic
