Well after reading the thread. It looks as if you want to buy a domain not a forum. vBulletin is a forum software. A .com or .co.uk is a domain.

If you want to buy one with it already set up you wont get many customers its best to buy the domain off a site such as godaddy.com and then pay someone like cammmmy to set up nulled vBulletin for you.
