Go To Edit Avatar In Your Control Panel Then Scroll Down To Custom Avatar Then Link The .gif But It Has To Fit NGU's Little Note Thing 'Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 130 by 130 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller).'
