I already got one but I rented the Ps3 game so if PSN isn't up my wednesday I'll need you to make a PSN account that has played Portal 2 once so I could use it with my steam code and of course I would pay you.

No no no. You make a new account, load Portal 2 up, press select to access steam and follow the on screen steps. Then give me the account. I login to steam with it, enter my code and I have Portal 2.
