1. They can get nulled (believe me, if you don't have people/fans you wouldn't like to pay $300+ to make a forums where you won't get any benefit from it, and that you only will be the one who will be posting) so I guess around 98% of the people would go for a nulled one, when specially when you're selling in a forums that is based about "hacks"

2. I don't think you can really "share" a vB license, if so... it would be like a "nulled" one

3. I don't think people would like to buy 'everything' instead of just the domain/hosting etc.
