The xbox content is not region locked, that means if you want the BO map pack you can buy it over US MarketPlace but i think you need a VPN. The point is that the addon will work with the game

VPN means Virtual Private Network.This is to pass the region block for the US 3arch downloand servers, to bypass servers you need a VPN that gives you a US I.P. adress. You only use this for BO and WAW map packs other content works without VPN.
