This guy is trying to resell an "eBook" with a method to get free Dr. Dre Beats headphones that you can find throughout the Internet, when he doesn't have permission nor the rights to do so.

In the simplest terms: he's selling something that's free, and therefore trying to scam people.

It's pretty suspicious that even when he's been accused of scamming, with quite a bit of proof against him, he's still trying to sell something that's obviously free across the Internet.
