not rare, its just a strategy book for prestige edition, yet the game isnt even hardended

Its the prestige strategy book, it contains how to get all trophys, mission help, all gun stats, callouts for maps, spawn points, quick routes etc etc and aload more stuff.
My mom picked it up for me while on a holiday in Majorca in Spain.
