Yes it will make accounts like the one you'll get to create reseller accounts :p, if that makes sense. The panel you'll get is WHM (web host manager) and cpanel. WHM creates cpanel accounts then with your cpanel account you can access your clients ones.

So basically you're the root cpanel account.
