My friend said that he can't do paypal (paypal locked is account) so he wants to know if there is another way. He said that he'll put $150 (not shure how many euros that is)

Well 1) he can easily make a new paypal and hook up a bank account to it, and 2) $150 is like nothing it's about £75 so no I'm not accepting that sorry.
