It is in almost perfect condition the only scratches you can see on it are on the back not the screen and they are very light and I still have the charging cable and the box with the manual. The only problem is my personal engraving. It says my full name which reads "Preston Turner", but that is really no problem if you have a case on it and it comes with a case. It also has a Zagg invisible shield which runs you $29.99 the case is just a cheap no brand ebay silicone case I bought it because that's all I could find at the time because I ordered it the day it came out. Yours has a chip, mine has light scratches. Mine retailed for $300.00 yours retails for $129.99. Mine is the previous model but is still a lot nicer than yours.

And yours have engraving, personal engraving takes alot off the value of any item. so i would say yours is around $110 as is. and mine is around $125.
