These "Methods" people use to verify your paypal are in fact blackhat and illegal and you CAN be caught. (Not always will your acc just be limited)

Only you can truly verify your account because any other method anybody else uses just raises the limit.

i am broke visa gift cards are 4.95 for fist tranaction and only come in 25,50,100,500
