you cant transfer hosting but you can copy all your files into the ftp and that should work! to get me to set it up for you would be 10$one time on top of the

Not to bust bubbles..but $10 for unlimited space and bandwich with no cPanel is not cheap, that is expensive, You can get it for $4 with cPanel from Major companies....
