Off-Topic but how the hell did PSn Cards go from 3 mill all the way to 4 mill, overnight?

They used to be 2mill - 2.5mill MAX, then it went to 2mill - 2.8 MAX, then 3 mill was the MAX.
Anything over 3.2 is ****ing absurd.
