if you don't know how to set that kind of stuff up yourself, you usually have to pay people for services. People don't just do that kind of stuff for free around here.

Also, it's not easy to set up a botnet or a shell booter. So, if you're not knowledgeable in that department, your best bet is just to find a few dollars and pay.
